Prepping For The CCC10K

With the coming three day weekend, I'm sure you're already on the downhill slide in to holiday mode. However, you've got a little prep to do before the Allstate Sugar Bowl Crescent City Classic 10K on Saturday morning.

The CCC10K Health and Fitness Expo opens at 10am today and tomorrow in the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, and stays open until 8:00 p.m. both nights. This is the ONLY place you can register for the race, pick up your number and participant t-shirt, and scope out vendors hawking their running related wares. All expo details are available HERE.
