TUNESday: "Wake Me Up" by Avicii

This week's TUNESday selection is actually a request, which I love. A coworker who has an eclectic taste in music much like mine thought this would be a good song for running, so she emailed me the link last week with the suggestion.

Avicii's "Wake Me Up" has a soulful base very reminiscent of a country hit, but is interspersed with a techno chorus that gets the heart pumping with every beat. It's getting a lot of radio play with a ranking of 8th on the Radio & Records  Top-40 charts, and is quickly moving up the list week by week.

      Apparently I'm the last to get on board. However, since it just started getting radio play, I don't feel so out of the loop!

    You should try the mashup All Around (Audien X, Avicii X, Kaskade) Extended Mix - DJ Trademark
    It combines Bruno Mars, Avicii and Kaskade.
    Takes the "Wake Me Up" to a new level.
